Data used for orders
When ordering opens, EasyPlugSolar will use the name, email, delivery details and payment references needed to process and support an order. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in this application.
Separated records
Customer-identifying order information is kept in protected operational records. Finance exports are designed to use transaction references and amounts without exposing unnecessary customer details.
Pre-launch status
Checkout remains disabled until the final controller identity, contact method, retention periods, lawful bases, processor list and rights-request route are published here.
